I’m a highly-trained holistic psychotherapist with 25 years experience and a Masters from University of Pennsylvania who pivoted to becoming a sleep coach because I found how strongly connected sleep was to my clients’ well-being. As your coach, I will teach you the strategies to not only get more sleep but better sleep.
As a Certified Sleep Science Coach from the Spencer Institute, I will work with you one-on-one to discover the cause of your sleep issues, then help you solve them from every angle through my 4 weeks to good sleep program.
